Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• CPA preferred or in process; strong GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost accounting.
• Proficient in ERP and BI/reporting tools; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accounting for raw materials, finished goods, and equipment.
• Provide financial guidance on operational initiatives and capex ROI analyses.
• Oversee external audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead ERP/system implementations and process enhancements.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and KPI dashboards; analyze location performance.
