Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in finance operations, analytics, or process improvement with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience with financial planning, analytics, or BI tools; Proficiency with MS Office and enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting or leading talent development initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the CCG budget and track performance against plan
• Coach leaders on budgeting and forecasting
• Run requisition approvals aligning with budget strategy
• Create reports on spend, headcount, and trends
• Design talent development programs
• Lead succession planning for continuity
• Develop training on finance tech and skills
• Partner with P&C on recruiting strategies
• Support engagement and retention initiatives
• Drive operational efficiency improvements
• Translate goals into clear priorities and measurable outcomes
