Job summary

Geo Owl seeks an ISR Tactical Controller to dynamically direct multi‑domain ISR assets from El Paso, TX. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to work 24/7 operations, including nights and weekends, to support DoD missions.

The ITC will coordinate cross‑cueing, sensor tasking, and ISR collection management, delivering actionable options to leadership and assisting with operations center reporting and summaries.

Qualifications

• ITC course graduate and certified within last 14 months.
• Minimum 2 years in a military setting managing ISR tasks.
• Experience controlling multiple ISR assets within CCMD airspace.
• Experience in dynamic ISR collection management, cross‑cueing, sensor tasking.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must have an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi‑domain ISR assets to maintain persistent situational awareness across complex environments.
• Execute cross cueing and dynamic re‑tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on PIR and time‑sensitive targets.
• Present findings and recommendations to decision makers; support daily operations center reporting and development of operational summaries and visuals.
