Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries is hiring for an ISR Tactical Controller to manage real-time ISR asset control and deconfliction for JTF-WHEM. The role emphasizes prioritizing collection tasks to align with the commander’s intent across dynamic operations.

The position requires extensive ISR experience, TS/SCI clearance, and willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 watch environment. Training and advanced ISR program exposure are expected.

Qualifications

• Military or contractor ISR operations experience is required.
• Ability to prioritize and deconflict competing collection tasks under time pressure.
• Clear and concise communication with operators and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the JISE focal point for real-time synchronization of ISR assets.
• Prioritize and deconflict asset tasking across collection requirements.
• Provide sensor direction from pre-station to end of collection window.
• Coordinate with collection managers and asset operators to align tasking and reporting.
• Support 24/7 watch with rotating shifts, including nights and holidays.
• Produce turnover and post-mission documentation detailing tasking decisions.
