Job summary

Geo Owl seeks an ISR Tactical Controller to dynamically direct multi-domain ISR assets in El Paso, TX, supporting fast-paced operations from the ISR integration center.

The role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and readiness for CONUS duties, including rotating shifts. You will contribute to operational summaries, reports, and real-time ISR synchronization in a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• ITC course graduate (service agnostic). Maintain certification by having performed as an ITC within the last 14 months.
• Demonstrated at least 2 years' experience in a military setting managing ISR tasks.
• Proven ability to control multiple ISR assets within CCMD airspace.
• Experience with dynamic ISR collection management, cross-cueing, and sensor tasking.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must hold an active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR assets to maintain situational awareness.
• Execute cross cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on PIRs.
• Present findings and options to decision makers through coordination in engagements.
• Assist with daily operations center reporting and development of operational summaries, story boards, and media capture.

We are currently seekingIntelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controllers (ITCs)to support operations inEl Paso, TX.This position is contingent on contractaward, with an expected start dateof October 1, 2026.This is afull-time, CONUSposition requiring an activeDoDTS/SCILevel clearance.

AsanIntelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controllers (ITCs) you will have anopportunity to work at the operational center of ISR integration—dynamically directing multi-domain ISR assets, synchronizing intelligence collection, and supporting real-world operations in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. Unlike traditional ISR positions, this role emphasizes operational ISR Tactical Control rather than PED or imagery exploitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Dynamically task, control, andoptimizemulti-domain ISR assets tomaintainpersistent situational awareness across complex operational environments.

• Execute cross cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets basedon emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time sensitive targets.

• Present decision makers with findings, options, and recommendations throughcoordination and participation in cross-organizational engagements.

Education Requirements

• Associate'sdegree from an accredited college or university.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experiencein controlling multiple ISR assetswithin CCMD airspace.

• Experience supporting dynamic ISR collection management, cross-cueing, and sensor tasking.

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of 24/7 operations.

• Must have a current and activeDoDTop Secret/SCIsecurity clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will receive elevated consideration:

• Previousexperience supporting USSOCOM, USNORTHCOM, Joint Task Forces, Special Mission Units (SMUs), or Joint Interagency organizations.

• Experience coordinating multi-domain ISR operations involving airborne, maritime, and ground collection platforms.

• Familiarity with intelligence collection management, ISR synchronization, and operational planning processes.

• Familiarity with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze,Disseminate(F3EAD) targetingmethodology.

• Experiencebriefingsenior military leadership on ISR operations, collection strategies, and operational recommendations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability tooperateeffectively in high-tempo operational environments.

Travel Requirements

Up to10%travelfor Temporary Duty (TDY) by motor vehicle and/or air travelmay berequired; some overnight stayspossible.Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
