Job summary

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. seeks Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controllers (ITCs) in El Paso, TX who will operate at the operational center of ISR integration.

You will direct multi-domain ISR assets, synchronize intelligence collection, and support real-world operations in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, a relevant Associate's degree or ITC certification, and 2+ years military ISR experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; ITC course graduate and active military experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple ISR tasks in a military setting.
• Ability to control multiple ISR assets within CCMD airspace.
• Experience with ISR collection management, cross-cueing, and sensor tasking.

Responsibilities

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR assets to maintain persistent situational awareness.
• Execute cross cueing and re-tasking based on Priority Intelligence Requirements and time-sensitive targets.
• Support daily operations center reporting, develop operational summaries, and capture imagery/video where needed.
• Present findings and options to decision makers through cross-organizational engagement.
