Job summary

Culmen International is seeking Jr ISR Tactical Controllers to support operations at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. You will dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain situational awareness across complex environments.

You will execute cross-cueing and re-tasking of assets, contribute to daily operations center reporting, and present findings and recommendations to decision makers. Nights and weekends availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant military/technical experience.
• Experience in ISR, multi-domain sensor management or related fields.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to maintain access.
• Experience with cross-cueing and asset re-tasking in ISR operations.

Responsibilities

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain situational awareness.
• Execute cross-cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets.
• Assist with daily operations center reporting, including summaries, storyboards, images and video.
• Present findings and recommendations to decision makers during cross-organizational engagements.
• Work in a 24-hour operations center and cover shifts outside business hours when required.
