Job summary

The ISR Tactical Controller role within HII Mission Technologies’ All-Domain Operations unit focuses on real-time control and deconfliction of ISR assets to support Joint Task Force Western Hemisphere. The position requires rotating shift coverage and a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.

You will prioritize asset tasking, provide sensor direction, and coordinate with collection managers and mission partners to maintain an up-to-date ISR picture.

Qualifications

• Military or contractor ISR operations experience is required.
• Ability to prioritize and deconflict under time pressure.
• Familiarity with ISR tasking tools and tactical chat.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the JISE focal point for real-time synchronization of ISR assets.
• Prioritize and deconflict asset tasking across competing requirements.
• Provide sensor direction from on-station time through collection window end.
• Execute dynamic retasking and cross-cueing of assets.
• Maintain ISR picture and inform the command of status and gaps.
• Translate commander’s intent into an ISR integration plan.
• Coordinate with collection managers and mission partners for synchronized tasking.
• Support deliberate planning and time-sensitive dynamic operations.
• Produce turnover and post-mission documentation.
• Recommend improvements to ISR tasking processes and tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
