Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking an Isolation Filling and Controls Technician to perform preventive maintenance on isolation filling equipment and systems used for filling and conveying liquid-filled sterile containers.

The role includes reading electrical schematics, assembling and installing machines, troubleshooting control panels, installing pneumatic plumbing, and supporting PLC logic adjustments with engineering. A minimum high school diploma and 0–2 years in manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 0-2 years in a manufacturing/technical environment, required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of 120V-208V AC / 3-24V DC; 3-phase knowledge a plus.
• Familiar with cGMP practices is preferred.
• Willing to learn Isolator liquid filling equipment.
• Able to follow SOPs and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly, troubleshooting, and qualification of automated systems focusing on electrical, software, and controls.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Assemble and install machines and subassemblies.
• Troubleshoot control panels and sensors; repair I/O connections.
• Install pneumatic plumbing and maintain safe operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and address unsafe conditions.
• Adjust PLC logic with engineering support.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and assist supervision.
