American Regent, Inc. seeks an Aseptic Technician II to set up and break down sterile liquid filling machines in an aseptic environment. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and proper PPE usage while maintaining clean work areas.

The role requires reading SOPs and schedules in standard English, with flexibility for multiple shifts and overtime. Packaging and production support tasks are included as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment or mechanical experience preferred.
• 2 years of sterile processing experience preferred.
• Ability to understand safety programs (LOTO).
• Basic use of small hand tools.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, solid state relays, and transformers preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP preferred.
• Follow instructions and document activities per SOPs.
• Read Standard English documents (SOPs, maintenance schedules, manuals).
• Basic Microsoft Office and Windows skills.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and break down of sterile filling machines in an aseptic environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Identify and correct unsafe conditions.
• Maintain PPE and safety compliance.
• Ensure proper change parts for fill rooms.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
