Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Technician II to perform setup, breakdown and preventive maintenance of equipment used for conveying sterile containers and liquid filling of vials/ampoules in a controlled environment.

The role includes troubleshooting, PPE use, and adherence to SOPs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and relevant cGMP or sterile processing experience, with flexibility for multiple shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment preferred.
• 2 years of sterile processing experience preferred.
• Ability to understand safety programs (Lock out / Tag out).
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, relays, transformers preferred.
• Read and follow SOPs and maintenance schedules.
• Basic Microsoft Office and Windows skills.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down sterile liquid filling machines in an aseptic environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Identify and correct unsafe conditions.
• Maintain PPE and safety compliance.
• Ensure proper change parts are used for setups.
• Maintain neat and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED Equival ent

2 years of relevant experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment or mechanical experience

2 years of sterile processing experience

Ability to understand safety programs (Lock out / Tag out, line breaking)

Basic knowledge of PPE, and ability to read SOPs

Basic knowledge of cGMP practices

Ability to follow instructions and document activities per SOPs

Read documents in Standard English (SOPs, maintenance schedules, manuals)

Basic Microsoft Office and Windows skills

Flexibility to work multiple shifts and overtime
