Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Management Systems Facilitator to maintain ISO and GFFS compliance and advance the plant’s continuous improvement program.

You will oversee audits, drive corrective actions, and deliver training across five levels to strengthen management systems and overall performance.

Collaborate with branches, bottlers and customers to sustain regulatory and quality standards while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply and implement quality systems (ISO, Baldridge, Six Sigma, HACCP).
• Knowledge of project management principles and ability to manage/execute projects.
• Knowledge of process definition and improvement techniques.
• Ability to manage documents and records in compliance with quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates effective implementation of the facility’s management system against ISO and GFFS standards.
• Facilitate ISO Gap Assessment to mitigate risks.
• Review audit results and determine corrective actions.
• Lead training across multiple levels (New Hire Orientation, Annual Review, Specialty, Contractor, Management).
• Coordinate and communicate findings from audits to management and ensure non-conformances are addressed on schedule.
• Build and maintain high-performing teams and promote continuous improvement.
