Qualifications

• Experience implementing management systems (ISO, Baldridge, Six Sigma, HACCP).
• Strong project management skills and ability to guide others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the facility's management system to meet ISO and GFFS standards.
• Lead ISO Gap Assessments and mitigate risks to reduce non-conformance.
• Review audit results and prioritize corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and deliver management system training across multiple levels.
• Provide expert technical support and act as a consultant on regulatory and quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and build high-performing teams.
