Job summary

Pittston Co-Packers is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA, food safety, and continuous improvement across a high-speed beverage plant. You will drive HACCP, GMPs, audits, and CAPA programs while partnering with Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams.

The ideal candidate has beverage manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and a track record of ensuring regulatory compliance with FDA, FSMA, and SQF standards, including readiness for customer audits. Coca-Cola background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, chemistry, microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of beverage manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in quality leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience with HACCP, SQF, FDA, FSMA, and food safety systems.
• Coca-Cola or beverage bottling background preferred.
