Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking an ISO and Document Control Coordinator to maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001. You will coordinate internal audits, manage controlled documentation, and support CAPA and continuous improvement across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Safety, and Leadership teams.

The role focuses on audit readiness, record accuracy, and effective communication of quality system updates to drive compliance and improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3 years of relevant experience or AA degree + 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience leading audits or interfacing with quality systems is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and document control is common.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Coordinate internal audits and track findings with corrective actions.
• Manage document control for SOPs, SWIs, forms, and records.
• Support CAPA, training, and communication on quality updates.
