Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking an ISO 9001 & Document Control Coordinator in Tooele, UT to maintain our Quality Management System and support audits. The role collaborates with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Safety and Leadership to ensure compliance and drive improvements.

The incumbent will manage documentation, support CAPA, and help ensure accurate quality records. Overtime may be required; excellent MS Office skills and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience or an AA degree plus related experience.
• Experience leading audits or interfacing with quality systems is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in document control, quality systems, or manufacturing administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Quality Management System per ISO 9001.
• Coordinate internal audits and prepare audit reports for leadership.
• Manage document control processes for SOPs, forms, records, and revisions.
• Support CAPA processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with training and communication on quality system updates.
