G&W Electric Co. is seeking a Production Inspector to ensure component parts and finished products meet production controls and ISO standards. You will perform final inspections, train staff on process controls, and generate NCRs and CII reports as needed.

The role requires basic reading of drawings and BOMs, 1–3 years in manufacturing, and familiarity with MS Word/Excel and ERP systems. A medical, dental, and retirement benefits package accompanies the position.

Competenze

• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, BOMs, wiring and ladder diagrams.
• Basic MS Word and Excel skills required; ERP experience desirable.
• High School diploma or GED accepted; combination of experience and training okay.

Mansioni

• Perform final inspection tasks on switches and part orders.
• Train production personnel in effective process control methods.
• Prepare and enter Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and related documentation.
• Assist in implementing control charts and ISO-compliant processes.
