Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an experienced Audit & Compliance Coordinator to guide ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001 compliance and related regulations. You will interpret standards, train staff, and support audit readiness across GWS operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, meticulous documentation, and proactive improvements to audit processes, with a hybrid onsite/work-from-home model in the California Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Facilities operations or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit audit reports and performance data to management.
• Assist in resolving non-compliance issues found during audits.
• Maintain GWS procedures and ensure stakeholder acknowledgement.
• Develop and implement ISO procedures and documentation.
• Participate in risk assessments to identify non-compliance areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure audit readiness.
• actively participate in audits and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and ISO standards across the department.
• Train and support the organization on ISO requirements and changes.
• Monitor IWMS usage by GWS and ensure process compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for audit-related requests and questions.
