Job summary

GuideWell Source (GWS) is seeking a professional to audit and consult on ISO 9001:2015 QMS across our organization and subsidiaries. The role focuses on evaluating conformance, recommending improvements, and supporting risk-based audit planning.

You will engage with management to address non-conformances, prepare reports, and provide training on QMS practices within a healthcare-focused environment. Remote work is available in approved states with in-office/hybrid options in Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of related work experience in project management, QMS auditing, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and data handling.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct ISO 9001:2015 QMS audits and evaluate implementation and effectiveness.
• Design audit procedures and document support for audit conclusions.
• Develop management recommendations to address non-conformances and drive improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and gain concurrence for recommended improvements.
• Provide risk assessment analysis to support yearly audit plans.
• Support corrective actions and monitor their closure and effectiveness.
• Coordinate external audit engagements and prepare for reviews.
• Provide guidance on QMS policies and procedures as required.
