Lam Research is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Fremont, CA to maintain facilities infrastructure and oversee GWS services. You will act as a liaison between Lam employees and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient operations across maintenance, janitorial, and environmental services.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Operations, participation in energy and safety initiatives, and cost-control measures.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience in Facilities Support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to interact with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CMMS or IWMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Interface with and support Lam business units to resolve operations, safety and environmental issues relating to facilities.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems with rapid solutions.
• Direct outsourced providers and vendors to solve urgent and long-term issues.
• Identify building and site issues and drive them to closure.
• Use CMMS to monitor timely work order completion by GWS providers.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to support Cleanroom and Lab Operations.
• Participate in Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, and Safety initiatives.
• Assist in facility construction design reviews for operational readiness.
• Identify and catalog cost-reduction improvements and uptime enhancements.
• Report on trash/recycling volumes and support waste-reduction initiatives.
