Lam Research Corporation seeks a Facilities Coordinator to work with the facilities manager in maintaining Lam's infrastructure and coordinating services provided by Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). The role includes liaison duties with employees and GWS contractors, and oversight of building maintenance, equipment upkeep, janitorial, and waste reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience in facilities support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS or IWMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Interface with and support Lam business units to resolve facilities issues.
• Analyze and evaluate complex problems with a focus on rapid solutions.
• Direct outsourced providers or vendors to solve urgent and long-term issues.
• Identify building and site issues and drive them to closure.
• Use CMMS to monitor timely work order completion by GWS providers.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to support Cleanroom and Lab Operations.
• Participate in Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Safety initiatives and meetings.
• Participate in facility construction design reviews to ensure operational readiness.
• Identify and catalog improvements to reduce operating costs and increase uptime.
• Retrieve and report on waste volumes and drive reduction initiatives.
