Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in manufacturing/operations

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet schedules safely and efficiently
• Plan staffing, workflow, and priorities to maximize productivity
• Monitor production metrics and drive corrective actions to improve performance
• Maintain production records and inventory transactions
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Logistics to maximize uptime
• Ensure inventory of production supplies and adherence to batch records and SOPs
• Investigate variances and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Support ISO quality standards and safety policies
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff including temps
• Develop cross-training plans for workforce flexibility
• Ensure training is documented per ISO requirements
• Use visual boards to communicate priorities and performance
• Manage departmental budgets and resources
