Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Understanding of production processes, safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including production software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team to maintain high morale.
• Monitor processes and equipment for efficiency and safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Maintain production records and prepare performance reports.
• Enforce SOPs and safety regulations; participate in continuous improvement.
