Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members to enhance performance and morale.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance to ensure product quality and equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on performance metrics.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs on the production floor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
