Job summary

CTM Labeling Systems seeks a qualified ISO 9001 Quality & HSE Manager to oversee the QMS and HSE programs across the organization. The role focuses on compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA/environmental regulations, driving audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with production, engineering, and senior management to enhance product quality, reduce risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Quality Management, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in quality management, ISO 9001, HSE, or related disciplines.
• Experience maintaining an ISO 9001-certified QMS and coordinating audits.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, administer, and continually improve the ISO 9001 QMS.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Lead ongoing monitoring of KPIs and quality trends for improvement.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, training, and incident investigations.
• Promote safety culture and regulatory compliance across departments.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to resolve issues.
