The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Manager for either the Des Moines or Omaha office. You will lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our ISO 9001 quality assurance certification, while contributing to the development of the company’s quality strategy, policies, and systems.

You will conduct internal audits, drive corrective actions, and oversee production-area quality.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of ISO 9001 or other quality management system experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or relevant certifications preferred.
• Occasional Travel

Responsabilités

• Audits: lead internal audits and maintain documentation to uphold ISO requirements.
• Production Oversight: walk production areas to ensure adherence to processes and quality.
• Nonconforming Data: analyze data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Manufacturing Standards: maintain ISO 9001 QMS and advance to other units; provide staff training.
• Statistical Analysis: apply data analysis to drive continuous process improvements.
