The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a Manager, Production to oversee manufacturing operations in one of our Des Moines or Omaha offices. You will drive production, quality, and efficiency within budget, while leading a team and coordinating with departmental leaders.

Responsibilities include designing production goals with measurable metrics, implementing lean processes, ensuring on-time delivery, enforcing safety protocols, and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production or industry experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• No Travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive production to meet quality and budget targets.
• Design, create, and drive production goals with metrics.
• Plan logistics, scheduling, and cost-effective delivery.
