Job summary

Job Juncture in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Quality Manager to own the QMS and lead quality initiatives across production and admin processes.

You will drive AS9100 compliance, manage internal and external audits, and guide corrective actions while balancing floor presence with administrative duties. The role requires hands-on quality leadership and collaboration with engineering, purchasing, and operations to ensure top product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related field.
• At least 3 years of quality checks of parts and AS9100 audits.
• Experience with PPAPs and first article inspections.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Monitor quality performance and address issues in real time.
• Drive corrective actions (8D, CARs, SCARs) across departments.
• Oversee supplier quality, including corrective actions and on-time delivery.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on quality standards.
• Ensure nonconforming material is controlled and dispositioned.
