Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Document Control Specialist to establish, maintain, and optimize controlled documentation in support of ISO 9001:2015 compliance. Based onsite in Penrose, CO, you will manage lifecycle, audits, and cross-functional coordination to boost quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes lifecycle management, version control, and template standardization, with interaction across engineering, quality, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Information Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of document control experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction.
• Experience in ISO 9001-certified organizations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with document management systems (SharePoint, Aconex, EDMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures aligned with ISO 9001:2015.
• Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and updated prior to issue.
• Control distribution, access, retrieval, and use of documents.
• Maintain document registers, revision histories.
• Support the QMS through audits and process improvements.
• Liaise with engineering, operations, procurement, and project teams.
• Provide training on document control procedures.
