Job summary

Luxury Retail Brand is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales Associate / Client Advisor to join islands-wide locations. This permanent, full-time role offers a 5-day work week with retail hours and a salary up to $4,000 gross monthly plus AWS and performance bonus.

Eligible candidates should have 1–2 years in retail, strong English communication, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences while meeting store targets and maintaining pristine boutique standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Luxury retail exposure is advantageous.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Sales-driven, customer-focused and brand storytelling oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work full retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised service and recommend suitable products.
• Drive sales and contribute towards store targets.
• Deliver engaging brand and product storytelling.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain high boutique presentation and service standards.
• Follow SOPs and support daily retail operations.
