LHH is seeking a Financial Documentation Negotiator for an onsite role in New York City with a leading banking firm. The role requires 2+ years negotiating ISDA agreements or similar trading documents with counterparties.

You will work with legal, credit, risk, and sales teams to manage contractual risk, draft and review outreach, and ensure compliant negotiations using established playbooks.

Formación

• 2+ years negotiating ISDA or other financial trading documents.
• Experience with standardized templates and established processes.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate ISDA and other trading documents with counterparties using templates and playbooks.
• Engage with banks, funds, hedge funds, corporations, and insurers.
• Draft and coordinate outreach to finalize agreements.
• Follow playbooks to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Balance risk per bank policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with legal, credit, risk, and sales teams.
• Support and mentor junior team members on negotiation processes.
