Job summary

Carley Corporation seeks a Training Specialist to support the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) in Pensacola, Florida. The role focuses on ISD-based design and development of instructional materials for military training, requiring a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

On-site duties at a military installation are required with up to 10% travel and potential lifting up to 50 lbs. Candidates must have 5+ years of ISD experience and a thorough understanding of the Navy Training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training system analysis and ISD design.
• Familiarity with Navy Training Process (NTP) and AIM toolset.
• Active Secret clearance or recent active status and ability to maintain clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, produce, and implement instruction using ISD.
• Select instructional media and materials to support objectives.
• Plan and produce instructional materials and lesson maps.
• Develop testing instruments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
• Assist with formative and summative evaluations and apply findings.
