Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SMEs to gather information from formal technical documents.
• Analyze training documentation and perform gap analysis.
• Build training documentation to support the ADDIE model.
• Direct changes based on internal and external feedback.
• Compile and organize feedback data with accuracy.
• Develop new templates and work with established templates.
• Prevent future errors through team training.
• Work within deadlines.
• Perform other duties as required.
