**ISC Production Supervisor**

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee the production operations within the Aerospace Technologies business unit. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and ensuring on-time delivery to meet customer demands.

You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an **On-site work schedule** . In this role, you will impact the company by optimizing production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety and quality within the manufacturing environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Supervise production staff and coordinate daily activities

+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

+ Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
