Zusammenfassung

General Matter seeks an experienced Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) Leader to shape the safety basis for a new NRC-licensed uranium enrichment facility. This role influences design from early engineering through operations and serves as the primary technical partner to the NRC.

You will build and lead a high-performing ISA team, develop procedures and risk-informed practices, and drive hazard analyses using HAZOP/What-If/FMEA methods across all safety disciplines.

Qualifikationen

• Eight plus years in nuclear safety analysis or high-hazard environments.
• Three plus years in a leadership or lead-technical role.
• Experience developing ISA, SAR, or safety basis documents.

Aufgaben

• Lead ISA program development and maintenance under 10 CFR Part 70 Subpart H.
• Manage ISA engineers and safety analysts; mentor the team.
• Oversee hazard identification, scenario modeling, and risk assessments.
• Prepare SAR, license materials, and NRC response documents.
• Serve as primary NRC technical contact during audits and reviews.
