Job summary

Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, seeks a Manager of the ISA Area to provide essential operational, academic, and student support for the Information Systems and Analytics area within the School of Business. You will report to the ISA Chair and support over 23 faculty members, maintaining day-to-day operations and student services.

The role covers coordinating program operations, events, graduate enrollment initiatives, and communications, with a hybrid on-campus schedule 2–3 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the ISA Chair and coordinate undergraduate and graduate program operations across Information Systems, Business Analytics, and AI programs.
• Coordinate and schedule Faculty Activity Report (FAR) reviews for ISA faculty.
• Schedule ISA Area Academic Committee meetings and faculty meetings throughout the academic year.
• Provide logistical coordination for meetings and events, including room reservations, catering, materials preparation, and event support.
• Hire and coordinate student workers (Graders, GAs, RAs).
• Organize seminar series and academic events across the ISA disciplines.
• Support graduate enrollment initiatives with ISA Program Directors and Graduate Admissions, including open houses, webinars, outreach, yield management, AMP initiatives.
• Manage student-facing communications, newsletters, course information, registration resources, FAQs.
