Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in higher education or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience supervising staff or student workers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Coursedog, Workday, Canvas, and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the ISA Chair and coordinate program operations.
• Coordinate FAR reviews for ISA faculty and schedule academic meetings.
• Organize seminars and academic events across ISA disciplines.
• Support graduate enrollment initiatives and outreach activities.
• Manage student-facing communications and event logistics.
• Coordinate and execute major annual events and advising.
• Collaborate with CSS on advising and academic performance matters.
