BiRite Foodservice is seeking an IS&T Support Coordinator to oversee the IT support desk and provide high-level technical assistance for applications, software systems, and communications platforms. You will manage Zendesk operations, vendor collaboration, and reporting while mentoring interns and supporting the IS&T Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in application or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of application troubleshooting, software configuration, and system integrations.
• Experience with SQL basics and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with Tableau and Zendesk/Jira/ServiceNow.
• Experience administering MDM and VOIP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level support for company applications and software systems.
• Oversee Zendesk operations, ticket assignment, tracking, and completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-level issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor online ordering system and vendor responses for bug fixes and features.
• Onboard and offboard users; manage mobile device and VOIP profiles.
• Direct intern staff activities and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to escalate complex issues.
• Create and maintain reports and data analyses to identify trends.
