Job summary

First Northern Bank of Dixon is seeking an IS Support Specialist to assist end users with phones, applications, login support, and PC setup. You will investigate and resolve software and hardware issues and ensure timely resolutions.

You will respond to requests, log and track incidents, research problems, and provide tier I support for network and directory services, while adhering to banking compliance standards. Good communication and teamwork are essential.
