Pyrotek is seeking an Information Systems (IS) Support Analyst 1 for our Sanborn, NY facility. You’ll install, configure, and support endpoints and IS equipment, resolve helpdesk tickets, and assist with hardware/software maintenance while maintaining strong customer service across internal teams.

You’ll work normal office hours, with travel up to 20% and occasional site visits. A diploma is required with IT experience and relevant certifications considered a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in PC or IT support preferred — within an Information Systems environment.
• Microsoft or IS-related certifications (CompTIA, MCSA) are a plus.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license (and passport or ability to obtain one).

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and support endpoints and IS equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets for internal users in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with hardware and software maintenance, updates, and repairs.
• Monitor system performance and create reports as needed.
• Prepare clear documentation for processes, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Collaborate with IS team members on projects and elevate complex issues when needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent IS as a trusted partner to our internal teams.
