SEH America, Inc. located in Vancouver, WA, seeks an Information Systems Analyst/Project Manager to lead the development and improvement of integrated production and cost analysis systems.

The role requires collaboration with executives to assess technology needs and to oversee software implementation, vendor coordination, and ROI analysis. Responsibilities include training staff, defining system design and testing procedures, and ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or closely related field (foreign equivalent acceptable).
• 5 years' progressive post-bachelor's experience in roles such as Computer Systems Engineer, Computer Programmer, IS Project Manager, IS Analyst, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and solutions for integrated production, inventory control, and cost analysis systems.
• Assess technological needs with department heads and executives and recommend equipment/software.
• Train staff to use computer systems and programs; troubleshoot system malfunctions.
• Develop and revise system design, testing procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal resources to ensure flawless program delivery and ROI analysis.
