Job summary

Impact ES-Vancouver is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain production schedules that ensure on-time delivery while maximizing efficiency across manufacturing. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Purchasing to align demand with capacity and inventory levels, leveraging ERP/MRP and analytics to optimize plans.

The position emphasizes process improvement, accurate planning parameters, and serving as the main contact for commitment dates.

Qualifications

• CPIM Certification or four+ years' planning experience in electronics manufacturing.
• At least three years' Epicor ERP or four years in integrated MRP/ERP systems.
• Understanding of master scheduling and forecasting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and interact with multiple departments.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Schedule all areas to ensure on-time deliveries with high efficiency.
• Coordinate production with Sales, Operations and Purchasing to meet demand.
• Maintain planning parameters in ERP/MRP; optimize schedules.
• Develop process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Meet daily with operations to optimize run quantities and minimize changeovers.
