Maintain expertise and knowledge in various Project Management methodologies and toolsets
Participate and lead the selection of business applications and implementation partners
Understand the impact of technology on business needs and suggest practical technical solutions to business problems
Execute all project control activities (issues, risks, change management, communication, etc.) and develop detailed project plans with the input from team members to identify key milestone dates
Proactive risk and issues management. Includes the identification, assessment, and prioritization of all program risks combined with the discipline minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of the identified risk
Timely escalation and mitigation of issues and risks to ensure program remains on track, on-time, on-budget, within defined scope
Prepare and present project proposals, status updates, etc. to project team members, stakeholders and executive steering teams, sponsors and PM governance in alignment with PM methodology
Direct the specification and development of systems integrations to ensure effective hand-offs between business applications across a global application footprint
Direct the coordination of user training, including scheduling, training documentation preparation and user skills validation
Build and influence team interaction and collaboration
Proactively resolve conflict among team members and between teams
Understand how issues affect each other and the outcome of projects
Develop and execute testing, training, communication and cutover plans
Ensure go-live readiness for deployment and build transition to support plans for post go-live handoff
Perform detailed Business Analyst’s tasks when necessary such as requirements, specifications, test scripts, training materials, etc.
Keep current with the changes and trends in technology and Project Management
Maintain a working knowledge of the technical aspects of software development (applications, databases, hardware platforms, operating systems, networks, etc.) and systems hosting, including both internally hosted and cloud based solutions
Effectively manage implementation partners and technology vendors to keep them focused on business requirements, user needs, scope and budget

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance or related discipline
A minimum of 5-10 years demonstrated Project Management experience with focus on global ERP implementations in manufacturing and distribution enterprises, preferably in the consumer products and durable goods industry environment
7-10 years’ experience in a business analyst role, preferably in manufacturing or distribution processes
Significant experience with global ERP applications
Proven ability to manage projects with team size ranging from 10 to 20 members
Strong verbal and written communication skills required with ability to influence at all levels of a global organization
