  • Manage one or more medium-sized technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • Plan, organize, and guide project teams to execute tasks efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Distribute project information and documentation using established communication channels.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan, including regular project status reports, tailored for various audiences.
  • Proactively collaborate with and motivate team members and vendors to ensure projects stay on track towards their objectives.
  • Actively observe project workflows, identify bottlenecks or areas of inefficiency, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the project scope, schedule, plan, budget, and artifacts with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking task completion, managing the budget, updating project documentation, and maintaining project status reports.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing leadership updates and developing solutions.
  • Take ownership of implementing chosen solutions for identified problems, coordinating with the team and monitoring progress.
  • Identify key stakeholders and understand their roles and interests in the project, anticipating and addressing resistance proactively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders based on trust and respect.
  • Proactively seek feedback and be open to constructive criticism, using it as a tool to identify areas for development and refinement of skills.
  • Work closely with technology knowledge workers and leaders, as well as stakeholder leadership and their teams.
