Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and track a high volume of digital production tasks from initial request through to successful completion.
• Optimize and manage workflows extensively using Asana, ensuring all project milestones are updated in real-time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial advisors and internal business partners, facilitating consultations and translating feedback into actionable project requirements.
• Oversee digital production by gathering and synthesizing feedback from marketing, content, and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness, proactively following up with internal teams and external partners to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven track record in an agency setting, demonstrating experience with high-ticket intake processes and multitasking across various high-volume accounts.
• Exceptional speed and agility, with a demonstrated ability to process tasks quickly and maintain accuracy in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced technical proficiency with Asana is non-negotiable.
• Strong, professional communication style, comfortable engaging with high-level stakeholders, including financial advisors and executives.
• Self-sufficient and confident project management skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision while excelling as a collaborative team player.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience within the financial sector is a plus, though agency-side experience is prioritized.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Figma (for reviewing and commenting on designs).
