Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Analytics, or similar with GPA 3.0+.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team and independently.
• Highly motivated, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick learner and not afraid to work with new computer-based programs and databases.
• Ability to be effective and contribute in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Research, gather, analyze, and organize data to support People & Culture projects, reporting, and operational initiatives.
• Support the management of incoming applications, leads, and candidate or associate information.
• Support project planning, tracking, and execution across People & Culture initiatives.
• Review, maintain, and update content and data within HR systems and platforms.
• Identify and support process improvement and automation opportunities across People & Culture systems and workflows.
• Explore and support the responsible application of AI and emerging technology within HR processes and experiences.
