Job summary
MTI Distribution is seeking a Business Systems & Data Analyst to optimize core business systems while advancing data, reporting, automation, and AI initiatives. This onsite role in Brooklyn Center, MN focuses on Power BI reporting, workflow automation, system troubleshooting, and collaboration with business leaders to improve processes.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years with ERP/CRM, Power BI, and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 6+ years’ experience supporting business systems, data analytics, and process automation.
- Proficiency with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
- Experience supporting ERP/CRM platforms and integration.
Responsibilities
- Support ERP, CRM, and business apps including Infor CSD, ISM, BIRST, and Salesforce.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights using Power BI.
- Design workflow automation using Power Automate, Infor RPA, and AI tools.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
