MTI Distributing, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems & Data Analyst to support and enhance core business systems while driving data, reporting, automation, and AI initiatives across the organization.

The role focuses on optimizing ERP/CRM applications, building Power BI dashboards, and designing workflows with Power Automate and Infor RPA. A technology-driven approach to business challenges is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience supporting business systems, data analytics, and process automation.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize ERP, CRM, and business applications, including Infor CSD, ISM, BIRST, and Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights using Power BI.
• Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate, Infor RPA, and AI tools.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to improve business performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor between business teams and technology solutions.
