Responsibilities

• Correspondence/legal forms/subpoenas/pleadings.
• Legal research/cite checking.
• TOAs & TOCs.
• Prepare depositions/hearings binders for attorney review.
• Manage technical logistics for deposition/trial.
• Trial prep (witness outlines & lists, jury instructions, etc.).
• Coordinate witnesses for preparation & testimony.
• State/federal e-filing.
