Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Sr Program Manager to lead complex B2C marketplace initiatives in Irvine, CA. This role requires onsite presence four days per week and a direct-hire arrangement.

You will partner with product, engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver strategic programs and drive AI-enabled workflows and automation. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, a track record across the full software lifecycle, and the ability to influence both technical and business

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large-scale technology programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering initiatives across full software development lifecycle.
• Proven B2C and marketplace program management experience.
• Strong governance, release planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs from planning through adoption.
• Drive governance, roadmaps, risk management, dependency tracking, and exec communications.
• Align product, engineering, operations, and business teams to accelerate outcomes.
• Establish and optimize delivery frameworks using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid.
